Devilsown Methanol Injection Check Valve is custom engineered for alcohol/methanol/water injection. We decided to bring to the market the best check valve possible. We did not have an existing check valve and have the crack pressure raised like others. This is 100% custom made, and installation does not require the use of adapters. This check valve features a 2 piece design, so its field serviceable. This check valve has a 16 PSI cracking pressure. We found any higher cracking pressure would reduce the function of the system. This means it's not possible to open during engine vacuum and holds pressure in the line, while not reducing flow with a higher cracking pressure.

Check valves are used in pneumatic circuits which require free flow in one direction and no flow in the opposite direction.

Methanol Injection Check Valve Measurements 1/4 Tube to 1/8 M Npt This is what comes with out kits. The inlet has a push to connect and the outlet threads directly into the nozzle holder .   1/4 Tube to 1/4 Tube This check vavle is to be used with 1/4" tubing. Just cut the hose and put it in the hose.
