The above is the progressive kit which will work off of your MAF sensor (not GM) MAP or TPS sensor.
You don't need much so a M3 nozzle will be what you would select.
Or you can get the non progressive kit and request a Vacuum switch by using the contact inquiry on the store front page. We don't normally carry them but we can get you one for around $15 over the price of a regular base kit. The switch is adjustible from 30in of vac to 1.5in of vac
