Check your Map sensor connection with a volt meter to verify the controller is seeing increasing voltage as you get into the boost. You can also test the controller by tapping the grey wire to the green. This will send a 5v signal to the controller and the pump should come on full.
If it's one of the newer controller you can also check to see if any wires got pulled from the inside of the controller. They are held in place with terminals.
