These nozzle will mist even a low volume, they do not dribble.

And yes increasing the PSI of the pump increases your water amount, that's pretty much the whole point of a progressive system.

If you have a 04 with a 3.4 I would recommend 60psi and up, every car is different so it's all about the tune when you get the kit on the car.
