I have also wondered about nozzle position in relation to bends in the pipe and how close to the TB it should be. I notice that the nozzle sprays out in a wide cone shape, so aiming it in a particular direction shouldn't matter. But as far as how close to the throttlebody may be a matter of opinion. I had my last set-up within 10" of the TB but since adding an intercooler and re-doing the plumbing i'm thinking about moving it to just past the intercooler which is a good 3 feet from the TB. Should that give it time to cool the charge more or will the fact that there are 3 bends downstream of the nozzle cause puddling?
