That's info you would have to get from the dealer or data log it out yourself. VW have some very screwy electronics compared to US vehicles. Sounds like you have a 2.5bar map sensor but the thing you need to find out is the voltage scale. You can do this by tapping the output wire for the MAP and connecting it to a volt meter and logging the voltage vs boost then you'll know exactly what the output is.

Remember some non domestic MAP sensors read in microvolts which 5v input controllers cannot read the bottle scale.
