I was...
15lbs of boost
22º of timing
M5 Nozzle
On at 3psi, full at 15psi
0...ZERO, NO KR.
3.3 pulley with all the supporting mods (not headers, but intake, DP, plugs, rockers, tstat etc).

NOW...
When I'm cruising the controller lights up and sprays at full. When I'm at 10% throttle it sprays and blinks FULL, OFF, FULL, OFF. No, it's not just the yellow light blinking (not a warning) it's going green and yellow at the same time and it smells like window fluid when it does it.

I know it's spraying because the car chokes when I come to a stop and try to take off.

What's the deal? I'm running with the controller unplugged and I'm running with my spare 3.5 pulley (MPS) until I can get this figured out.

I don't want to ditch the alcohol because I've been a supporter for nearly two years complaint free.

You can almost bet it's your MAP sensor connection, We the connection is bad the controller senses a floating current and the controller will cycle on and off because it's hunting for voltage. Most likely the connection is bad at the tap or the harness. Map sensor also can take a crap on you which will cause this as well.

Take a voltmeter and read the input from the green wire, it should be around 1.8 volts on a GTP at idle. If it's jumping around or not reading anything the problem lies there.
