Alright I thought I'd post my finding so everyone knows the complete story.

First I ensured all the wiring was correct. Then I checked the connector that clips over the wire on the MAP sensor as it was the only spot where there could be a potential problem. Well... the connector didn't dig through the sheathing so it wasn't getting a signal.

After scrapping some of the sheathing away and putting the connector back on which took all of 2mins everything is working exactly as it should now.

Thanks again for the help, I can't wait to get back to the dyno.
