Read another post about having a bad MAP sensor signal can cause the controller to "hunt" for a signal, and its one of the only things that can cause the pump to run on like mine is. I re-ran the MAP wire with a bit heavier guage wire and now my pump doesn't come on randomly anymore, it just doesn't come on at all!! Even with dials set as low as possible, and running 15PSI I get no PUMP or FULL lights at all. Now what to check? Is this thing now frapped?

Anyone? Please?
