Not sure why you need all the solenoids. You should only need 1 to pressurize the system. As for nozzle sizes. In your setup I would start off with .75 nozzles, I don't stock them but can get them.

Yea, there are some intakes that do have bad distubution. This is when multi port becomes an option. Sometime though moving the nozzle around can help this. Moving it futher down stream or changing its axis.

This is a pretty neat setup you are running.
