First problem sounds like one of the leds burnt out. If its under warranty you can email me for a rma.

2nd system.
I would open up the case and look at the wires, its passable some of the wires are loose. They just screw down like a car amp. How many times is the yellow led blink when it first starts up? What bar map sensor does this car have?
