Unhappy Spraying when not in boost?

im currently at work, but i realized when i put my car in park that my controller was blinking yellow for a few seconds and then the full LED indicator came on, suddently i knew it was spraying when it wasnt suppose to. my LS1M showed my LTFTs go rich to -11 and my idle began to get rough, so i had to apply some throttle to dump the excess washer fluid out.
what would cause this to occur? a bad connection with the green MAP wire? i soldered the green wire from the controller to the green wire on the MAP sensor, but i cut the green wire on the controller a few inches away(when i had to ship the controller to easy performance i cut the green wire as a precaution). since i got the controller back, i used a wire crimp and electric tape to prevent outside debri from getting into the conenction. would that be the culprit or something else?
the last thing i want is yet another near fatal hydrolocked L67

edit-i also forgot about yesterday, i had the motor off and i heard the pump run when i was working on the car. i quickly grabbed my keys and started the car and had to really rev the car to prevent stalling. i was also thinking a bad pump? i just loosened the pump pressure screw just now by 1/4 turn. i originally had it near fully tightened
