yes it can because you produce less boost, around 1psi less for every 1000 feet over sea level I believe. At 8000 feet a single M12 nozzle should be all you need on a close to stock truck. The controller reads the 5v signal from your map sensor to adjust flow based on boost. The kit comes with directions and you can download them from the store site. The directions are pretty much universal because every vehicle is different.


The kit is simple enough for just about anyone to hook up.
