Wiring verified and correct.
Turn out the power source was suspect.
The measured 12v source turned the low Gas tank light(Dashboard) during pump activation and the voltage went away.
Connecting directly to Fuse box with external fuse line cured the problem.
It system works great..

Now the waterline fitting to the water tank leaks.
