As to why I want to mix it with water? Hmm.. I'm new to alcohol injection, so I cant say for sure... but I understand water has cooling characteristics making the intercooling process more efficient. So I want to do both cooler charge and alcky...
I still haven't tried anything (my kit was missing a couple of fittings) so I can't say what will work best on my car...
