Using 20,900 BTU/lb of gasoline, and the remainder of what you need(24lbs - 19lbs = 5lbs), it works out to about 2gph(1.86 or so), but that's per-cylinder. Roughly 15gph.

Pretty sure the big dually diesel guys flow that much water.
