Default L67 nozzle location & question

I have been considering "seasonally" moving my devilsown pump and controller to my winter car which is a 98 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP. The car just has intake/3.4"/DP/1.9rockers/catback but still gets as much as 5 degrees of KR at 70F IAT with a DHP 1.0 tune

I did search around a little but didn't find much.
I have a couple questions:
1. Spraying before or after the SC. Obviously I would need to spray behind the maf (I can make a tb spacer pretty easily), and I see a lot of people doing this, but I'm unsure as to how it would affect the coating on the sc paddles. I have heard that the teflon on the gen3 M90 blowers flakes off easily and that's why the gen5's have an epoxy coating. If I sprayed it after, then there's the issue of where to put the nozzle?
2. How much advantage would a kit have on this car? That is, without getting another tune or buying software and hooking up my wideband to tune it myself? My Z's are a completely different ballgame as that equipment was already purchased and installed long ago.
Could I also step down to a smaller pulley and use a slightly larger nozzle, or just use a very small nozzle to remove the KR I'm already getting with the 3.4" pulley? Any advice or experience, links etc on this topic I would like to see! Thanks in advance.
