My goal was to add a Modification that an untrained eye would over look, and give me a significant advantage over the competition.

This was done on my 2g FWD Street/Strip project.
I do not have AC, and i do not plan on driving this car to the grocery store so sacrificing my windshield squirter's was no big deal

(all though i could drive it around town if i wanted to, it IS still street legal/road worthy)

For the tank:

I used my OEM windshield washer reservoir that is in the rear of the car. I wanted this install to first and foremost be completely hidden to anyone that wasn't looking for it. The stock reservoir has a float already installed and lets you know well before you are out, that you are getting low on fluid. PERFECT!!

I kept the factory pumps on the tank for two reasons.

1st
I wanted it to appear like no modifications were made to it.

2nd
I didn't want to plug the two holes that the pumps filled.

So i just capped off the pump outlets with some little rubber caps and left them in place.

(Note the Float to the right of the Tap is higher than where i tapped the tank)

Mounting the pump and Relay:

I mounted the pump under the car, directly behind the rear passenger tire. There might be some better locations for it, but this seemed to be the easiest for the location of the Tank Tap-to-pump that i had laid out. It took a few minutes of turning the pump around to get it in the direction that i wanted it to face.

Note: In this instance, It would have helped to mark on the pump with which->direction->flow->was with a marker, because when the pump was screwed in place, i could not see the top.

I used my finger to press down over where the arrow was and it left a nice little impression on my skin.

The relay was mounted near the pump in the rear of the car.
I used a 12v wire and the 12v ignition wire that was already routed to the rear of the car for the old Amplifier.
This saved me a lot of time and aggravation and I don't currently have a system in my car so it worked out perfect.

Running the Lines from tank-to-pump

Because of where i tapped my tank at, and the direction it needed to face (to be able to retain the factory washer pumps) I had to drill through the bottom of the car.

I put the tank in place (with the tank tap installed and the factory pumps out of the way) and marked the location of where i wanted to drill.

Once the hole was drilled and the line fed through, I put some silicone around the orifice to prevent the metal from cutting into the lines. I did this from underneath, with the tank, the tank tap, and the line in place.

Running the line from the pump to the nozzle safely and discreetly:

I noticed that the old windshield hose ran from inside the rear of the car, inside a protective plastic case along the passenger side door frame.

Because I did not need my windshield squirter's for track use and light street use, I used some existing lines and holes to my advantage. I took the little connector that was on the hose that brought fluid from the rear to the front windshield squirter's to connect the two lines. I then pulled the Meth. hose through the current locations. This made things a lot easier, and a lot faster. It also insured that there wasn't going to be any moving parts that might kink or damage the line.

I then routed the hose through my favorite spot on the fire wall. ;)

(you can see the stock hose in place about half way down the picture on the far right hand side)

(here is the existing hose and connected Methanol/water injection hose at a half way point)

Installing the nozzle and check valve and boost switch:

I mounted the nozzle under the throttle body so that it would be hidden from sight.

I put the boost switch in the glove box so it would be easy to tune on the fly. After it is tuned i plan on relocating it to a more permanent location.
I tapped the vacuum line that my boost controller was currently using.

and there you have it....
I will throw some more photos up in a second.
