Any hotrod shop that sells VP Racing fuel will be able to get you 99.95% Methanol under the name M1. Most commonly it comes in a 5 gallon can, however many places pump it directly out of a 55 gallon drum into your container. The shop nearest to me (VW Paradise in San Marcos, CA) pumps it for roughly $5 per gallon.
VP also has two other methanol blends- M3 and M5, however I can't find any specifics as to their composition.
