Did he adjust the amount he was spraying for all the other mods he made? All those mods make your vehicle require less W/I, Also did he up the boost, he should have been able to push it at least 8 to 10psi more with the additional mods with the W/I.

If you don't make more power with at TD and alcohol injection your doing something wrong period.
