My last shurflo and several others that did the DIY kit on the turbobuicks forums had the same issues. They usually don't leak until about a year or so of use. (at lease in my case) Thats why most of the distributors of the alcohol injection pumps, for the buick community at least, seal the head of the pump as I did.
I thought it was odd that noone on this board has posted up about the shurflow pumps leaking? Might be because I'm running 99.9% race methanol. Or you could be right it may have a crack or other issue. I'll keep U all posted. I wanted to give the silicone extra time to cure before dumping meth back in my tank. I'll fill it up tonight.
