Re: Hello
I am very familar with the vans being the Philippines is my second home.
You can mount the nozzle one of three places, I found it much easier on outlet side of the intercooler. With our new nozzle that can mount from the inside or outside this makes it much easier than ever, but still not bad with the inside mount nozzles, You can also mount in the intercooler pipe itself. Make sure you use the supplied washer when you do this and that you don't make the hole to big, this needs to be snug.
You will just remove the Short IC hose and do your drilling and mounting. Mounting closer to the intake is tight but can be done without to much trouble. Not were i liked doing it.
Plenty of spots to put the pump on these vans, Some people use the rear washer fluid tank for the resovior and mount the pump in the rear. But you can use your own tank or the stock washer fluid bottle up front as well.
Mounting the boost switch is pretty simple just get a T-fitting and route the hose to the 1/4" barb that comes with the switch. And from there it is just basic electrical hook ups and running your hoses.
Were are you located.
