Looking at a few kits and and I have a few questions about yours.

1. Is the 150 PSI the largest you sell? Word on the street is that a 150psi pump will not cool enough for highly fueled trucks.
2. How many nozzles? Pics on your site only show one.
3. Does the MAP (electrical hookup) work the same on a 2nd Gen as it does the 3rd Gen? Is there not an option to Tee into an exsisting MAP line?
4. Can you run two pumps, one per nozzle and be controlled by one controller?

Thanks,

Joel
1. Is the 150 PSI the largest you sell? Word on the street is that a 150psi pump will not cool enough for highly fueled trucks.

We carry the larger 220psi pump as well, But that rating is only for the pressure switch. Nozzle size determines pump pressure, 150psi pump in dual nozzle configuration will support well over 600hp on a TD truck.

The larger the nozzle the less the pressure, our unit sprays at around 155psi for a M14 nozzle thats 30 gallons per hour, If you feel you need more than that get the larger pump.

2. Kits come with 3 nozzle for the diesel kits, All kits now carry the new style nozzles, We still need to update the pics.

3. You just tap the stock map output for a signal or use a second map sensor for the controller. The controller has it's own 5v output to run a map sensor. The voltage varies on TD models our unit is based off the 2bar and 3bar scales.

4. Running 2 pumps with one nozzle each is a waste the output pressure will be nearly the same as well as the flow. The controller is only designed to run on pump at a time.
