Well i wouldnt consider the L series a "Newer engine" because it's been around for almost 40 years. Its a straight six design and has been known to run a little lean on 2 cylinders. I have seen many Meth kits with single nozzles on the L series motors and they all seem to do fine so maybe thats what i will do in the beginning just to get used to the kit.

On another note: My kit came in today and i need to order a few more parts for it. I already know i need the gmmap, nozzles (7 according to calculator), some line, tank, etc .... If i mount the tank in the trunk would you see any benefit to running a solenoid vs check valve? If there is an advantage to either i would like to go ahead and install the better part for my application. I will post pics of my kit later!
