If your car is pulling timing then yes you will benifit from the increased timming. There is no magic formula for any car on the mix there are to many factors. Start out with 50/50 and go up or down from there to see what makes the best power for you. You will also get a faster boost build up and a few extra psi of boost spraying through the supercharger.

On my grand prix i was able to run almost 15psi at 26 degrees timing vs the factory 6psi and 15degrees of timing with supporting mods and no intercooler so it's all about the set up.
