I finished the install of my DO kit tonight, and was wondering how tight to make the outside nozzle? It never tightens before it hits the o-ring, then if I continue to tighten it down, the o-ring will squeeze out. So I made a recess in my mounting boss to keep the o-ring in place. I can never get the nozzle to not move a little. Basically to keep the o-ring from being torn to shreds, the nozzle has to say a little loose. I mean its not flopping around or anything, but if I grab the
check valve I can move the nozzle a little. Is this OK????? Im used to pipe fittings with lots of thread where you can just tighten them until you cant put anymore on it. So I just want to make sure Im not going to have a huge boost leak. Should I remove the o-ring and just use sealant? thanks, clay
