the pump does not kick nor does the light light up, it does nothing but the power light is on.

i used a volt meter and i got 1.22v off of the grey and 1.25 off of the green, and inside the truck i get .5v on the blue that goes to the pump and 1.11 off of the grey that goes to the map?

does that sound close to right or way off?
