Are you using a 3 bar map sensor with a 3 bar controller, Second thing the map sensor needs to be mounted verticle. You should use the smallest boost line that will fit over the nub for the best reading.

Use a volt meter to test what kind of input voltage you are getting from the green wire and see if it is increasing. If it's not it is not sensing pressure from the engine.
