Yeah, I have opened a dispute on Paypal, as well as started a thread on SRTForums about the purchase in the parts for sale section.
I am very unimpressed right now. Doubtful that my drag car will be ready by the end of the month thanks to this issue. I guess I could run race fuel for the time being, but I was really looking forward to trying out alcohol this year. My budget just didn't allow me to buy an entire new progressive setup, but looks like I got the shaft anyway.
