I was very detailed in my first email to support@... but lazy to write this all again. Let me see, I have:

5v at the grey wire (from the unit)
Small voltage around 1.22v at the Green wire
and direct ground and 12v from the battery

When I connect the green to the grey (effectively giving it full boost) I dont get the activation LED, or any voltage on the blue wire. I do get the power LED on ignition. I have checked inside the controller, the wires are fine.

I will fit the controller again this weekend and re-test it. Failing that where do I send it?
