I recommend going with the progressive kit. I have used the simple on/off boost switched Aquamist kit in the past and it was no where nearly as effective as the Devil's progressive kit. By allowing the amount of water to be progressively introduced, you can have it start much earlier and under lower boost conditions (such as steady uphill climbs) and give the water more time to affect the combustion, etc.
