Very simple, The only thing you need to do is tap a vac line and run it to the sensor, The controllers grey wire provides it power. Simply ground the sensor and connect the green wire to the maps sensor 5v output wire. You can leave it totally independent of your cars ECM. |

3 bar Map Gray to 5volt source (Stock DSM MAF) Green from 3bar Map to Green Controller. This setup is not working . Maybe Gray (3bar Map ) to Controller Gray wire. (Still a 5volt source.) |

Those colors are based on GM map sensors only, They to also vary with different cars. You need to use a voltmeter to verify what wire is what, In park with the motor going if it is a 3bar voltage should be about 1.25 or so and fluctuating just a bit. Then verify your ground, and 5 volt output wire. Never play a guessing game with the wires, that's why we recommend you use a voltmeter. |

Wiring verified and correct. Turn out the power source was suspect. The measured 12v source turned the low Gas tank light(Dashboard) during pump activation and the voltage went away. Connecting directly to Fuse box with external fuse line cured the problem. It system works great.. Now the waterline fitting to the water tank leaks. |
