Personally i wouldn't bother with the head, a Cam is all thats worth puting in.
I'd go with a D01 pre turbo and a DO2 or DO3 post intercooler.
Your best to mount the post intercooler jet about 8 inches away from the inlet plenum.

Engine: 1905cc, 4 cylinder, 8 valve turbo diesel, Garrett T-25 hybrid turbo, Pace charge cooler, Mocal 19 row oil cooler, Mocal oil catch tank, Pipercross viper kit, Pipercross engine breather filter, EGR valve removed, Piper high-lift cam, Gas flowed head + inlet manifold, Turbo + induction heat shields, Modified fuel pump internals, adjusted rev limit [4200-5250], increased idle [to spin turbo up quicker], in car boost adjuster [15psi-max 34psi], T.A.S Piston type dump valve, Devilsown water + methanol injection, [Wizard of N.O.S] nitrous oxide injection, Custom tublar manifold & straight through 3.5inch bore with single rear box exhaust with 6.5x4 inch oval tail pipe, Peugeot sport bottom engine mount, Top Engine mounts spaced out[8-10mm], The phirm strut brace & fuse box, Spec-r P.A.S tank & battery cover with battery re-located into boot.
