Do these things mix? Will the meth injection do nething to the plastic gasket? Im planning on putting this on my throttle body and intake manifold.

In a short answer, No. There is to much airflow on top of the heat that keeps that from happening. Unless you soaked the gasket in methanol for days on end it's not going to harm anything.

Most plastics are very resistant to methanol except ABS plastic.
