HI everyone.

looking for any info on putting a water-meth system on a 1991 mitsubishi delica. 4cyl , 2.5 turbo diesel. Which kit, nozzle size, placement,etc.

I am installing a small intercooler from a gts skyline,building all the intake piping over the next couple weeks. I thought this would be a good time to weld in any fittings for the nozzle(s) while everything is apart.

Any suggestions would be very welcome.

But for the 2.5 Delica you will use a DO2 nozzle, The 4cly turbo diesel kit is your best choice for that vehicle. You should see a very noticeable gain in acceleration compared to stock, Not to mention it will clean out all that built up carbon in the motor making it run even better.

You can expect around a 20% increase in overall power. If you don't have a boost gauge try to have your system activate around 1150 to 1200rpms on that vehicle.

Look forward to the results. Always love the Delica ever since i first went to the Philippines. Use to ride in one on a daily basis so i know they could use the power.
