Default nozzle placement

On my LB7 I was wondering how much of a difference it would make if I put the 2 nozzles in the boost tube before the intake manifold, rather than in the intake its self. It would seem much easier to take the boost tube out than it would the intake manifold. Some info would be greatly appeciated.
