I congratulate you on the idea of bleeding off the pump feed, ingenious! My immediate problem is de-armouring the pump to get to the max fuel screw. I have already fitted an EGT probe and have the gauge ready to fit along with boost gauge for tuning purposes. What sort of EGT's were you seeing and what are regarded as safe, rich and lean? I'm not sure how to judge it yet though I presume it will all come clear in use.

From what i remember (over 7 years now lol) anything 1200 degrees + was a no no, we just went for as cool as poss without it bogging down.
