There is no need to run two pumps, especially if you use the Progressive Controller for the system, It will work better this way. Diesels tend to like more than the calculator says due to how the more fuel you add the more power they make. I would go with the M4 and the M7 because some of the water/meth will hit vapor form just as it exits the turbo. You should see a nice drop in EGT's as well.

I thought that the purpose of the controller was to reduce the pressure of the pump before it ramps up to full pressure. Won't a reduced pressure result in larger droplet size from the nozzles? |

Thanks for the response guys, about to start drilling holes. Should I put the pre turbo nozzle as close to the turbo as I can or back up the pipe a bit? From the aircleaner to the turbo is a 90 degree bend about 8" long. Cheers, Todd |

Mission accomplished! (mostly). I've posted a couple of photo's of the setup & my tank (10L/2.6Gal). I've still got to run the line from the tank to the pump & finish the wiring but the hard stuff (working out where to put everything) is done. I'm delivering a Gooseneck to a customer next weekend & bringing another one home for some repairs, about 1200km/750mile round trip, towing just under 2T/4400lbs, so that should be a good test. I'll let you know how it goes. Hopeful get it onto a Dyno in the next few weeks for some fine tuning & some before & after numbers. Thanks for your help Todd |
