I have a 2001 LB7 Duramax, with air intake exhaust system and Edge chip with attitude monitor.
I tow a 14990 5th wheel in level 2 I have system backing down at 1400 F.
It only gets there on hard pulls up hill.
What system of water injection do you have and price that will increase power and lower exhaust temps.

Our diesel kit in our online store will do the trick for you, Expect around 70-80hp and 125-150lbs of TQ increase just using -20 washer fluid. You EGT's will drop around 300 degrees. No one can touch our price on these kits at $325 I would get the dual nozzle option if your towing a 5th wheel.

I am considering buying the $325 Kit and duel nozzle option. I would also need extra tubing to go from my bed as I will install a 6 gallon tank.
I would like to know if I can set system to only come on at 20 to 25 Lbs boost?
Is there an on off switch for not using the system?

I have got the basic system.
After buying it and doing some testing I found that the 01 Duramax Diesel has a 5volt MAP sensor. The small connector on the engine.
Pin c-8 a green wire is the one to ty into the controller.
I run 1.02 V at idle, 1.50V at 5 Psi. 3.7V at26Psi boost.
Looking forward to receiving the controller and installing.
One question I have is how to Tap the nozzle inlets inside a 3" hole?
Why diden't you make nozzles to install from the outside?

Our nozzles where designed for another application. We have finaly grown large enought that we have better buying power. We hope to have an outside mount nozzle design soon.

What do you mean about installing nozzles inside??? Does this mean I'd have to pull my intake to install a nozzle? I've already got an 1/8th npt hole threaded and capped in my intake.

Default Bob Miller I was R Miller

I have towed across the USA using my Devels own system. My 5th. Wheel weighed 15100lbs. starting the trip.
Pulling long hills I use to go over 1400F exhaust temps and the water temp. would reach 240f.
I have my controller set to start at 15psi boost reach max at 20psi boost.
Now the Exhaust never goes over 1310f and best of all the water temp never goes over 200f.
I have a friend with a Dodge using the snow system. His controller is under the hood, he has to change it with a screwdriver. He wants to see if he can use a Devels Own Controller.
I would not think of using a snow system after using my Devels Own system.
I use a outboard motor 6gal tank in my bed. I mounted the pump outside the frame under the cab. This made a easy installation.
I left home June 1st, we traveled to Minnesota and are on our way home now in North Dakota. I have used about 15 Gallions of windshield washer fluid.

Thanks for a great system.
