I'm looking for a water injection kit for my truck. It is currently making just shy of 400rwhp, and the EGT's can reach 1600-degrees F at 42-psi boost. I have a 4-inch exhaust sitting the garage waiting for a warm day to put it on, but that won't help enough. I know a bigger turbo would help too, but I don't want the lag associated with it. Questions about your diesel kit: What psi pump is included with the kit? Does it include clogged injector indicators? How exactly does it read boost? Will I need to splice into multiple wires? Have you put a kit on truck like mine before? I do not see solenoids or check valves in the picture. Are these included? Thanks, Will |

Questions about your diesel kit: What psi pump is included with the kit? The pumps are adjustible and will go to 200+psi Does it include clogged injector indicators? If your using or Progressive Controller it will detect this through the low current sensing funtion using the pumps pressure switch. Plus our nozzles come with replacible 180micron filtered nozzles. How exactly does it read boost? Will I need to splice into multiple wires? Have you put a kit on truck like mine before? It reads boost from the voltage of your map sensor. Only 2 wires go to the engine bay. One for the MAP sensor connection the other to the pump. We do plenty of TD trucks including our ever more popular propane injection. I do not see solenoids or check valves in the picture. Are these included? The kit comes with a inline check valve. Diesels don't make vacuum so a soleniod is a not needed option. |
