I've read alot of good reviews about your company on some other forums so I thought I would check you guys out. Heres what I'm wanting the kit for a 94 dodge cummins for truck pulling only. This truck can generate some heat with the amount of fuel and air we have somewhere in the 550 to 600 hp range and 50 to 60psi of boost. A friend of mine with close to the same setup is running the snow system with the large pump and nozzels and is still hitting 1500 to 1600by the end of the run to give you an idea. I need to know what parts list I will need to order from you to help cool this down. Volume wise how are you kits compared with the snow kit? (how much water can they put out) ================ Inputs ================ RPM 5000 Boost 60 Liters 5.9 ================ Injector ================ 56.58 gph of fluid flow needed @ 100 psi ================ Other Info ================ CFM 2249 BTU 8147 Thanks Last edited by 94cummins; 01-03-2007 at 02:40 PM. |

Our nozzle caculator is not accurate at all when it comes to Diesel Engines Your going to want a 14gph and 10gph nozzle atleast. Your buddy needs more nozzle size. Our pumps can put out 1.0 gpm Its about 1" shorter in size than snows pump. So its easier to mount. Here is the kit in our store. http://www.alcohol-injection.com/die...tion-p-63.html |

I'm assuming that is with everthing I need including the Progressive Controller with the dials minus the tank. And what is the max PSI your pump puts out. Thanks for the help.

The pump is 150psi pump. Its has EPDM seals so its 100% compatable with methanol if you choose to run that. It has evertthing minus the tank. You just hook the controllers wire up to your boost sensor. I believe its on the driver side of your motor just above your fuel canaster. I am not 100% of its location. |
