The leak is fixed.

The threads on the tank-tap are fine.

I am adding an additional m7 nozzle behind the m10 as recomended by a well known and respected dsm tuner.

After i get the ACT 2600 i shouldnt have any more problems on the M/T drag slicks.

ACT 2600 is in and it is worlds apart from the centerforce clutch that was in there!
I have been prolonging the dyno tune because the car has a decent base tune and has became my daily driver over night, I do not want to break anything so it will have to wait a few more months.

My best time at the track was 13.12@99.1 In case you couldnt tell, I was having major issues. My Greddy BOV was leaking like hell.
Since then I have upgraded to a crushed 1g BOV and the car runs A LOT smoother, but I have not been back to the track since. It will deffinatly click off some mid 12 second passes when I go back.

I just got a 1995 Talon TSi so I will be buying another Devils Own alcohol/Water injection kit. This time I am going to use a Progressive Controller kit for more tuning ability!

Update:

12.63@108mph with a 1.78 60'
That pass was on 19psi and still the same set up (stock head, cams, factory spec bottom end and internals) it felt like it was bogging a little in 2nd gear. I actually think I can make some high 11 second passes on this set up which is awesome. When I built the car, I was shooting for mid 12's on high boost, but I reached that goal on a very moderate boost level. 30psi and maybe some after market cams and I will be in business.

Nice drop in times and you picked up some major trap speed, Glad the kit and your other mods helped you out.

I forgot to mention.

I am still useing the boost pressure switch to activate the methanol at 9-12psi (max boost was at 19-20psi) I am still using a single M14 but I was thinking of running 2x M10 nozzles. I am going to do some research before I start dumping that much methanol into my engine. I would have to run a larger tank, but I am still unsure about running that much 100% alcohol.

Thanks for the compliment Bruce. I tried to make it as helpful and understandable as possible. And by 'understandable' I mean lots of pictures:D

I will update it next time I go to the track. (when I am knocking on 11's door or smashing right through it) we will have to see.

Well I bought the 'Dual nozzle upgrade' kit from our friends at DevilsOwn.
I went with the newer style injectors (2x D10's) instead of the single M14. I am going to get a bigger reservoir but I still plan on running straight M1 VP fuels methanol.

I had to weld two pieces of aluminum and tap them because simply drilling and tapping the intercooler elbow that was only one hundredth thin proved to be a weak point in the installation. The old M14 nozzle had always been loose enough to turn with your fingers, the bungs should eliminate that problem.

The new nozzles are nearly flush with the inside of the intercooler pipe. The new nozzle design is a logical change. It recesses the injection point a little to allow better atomization. In other words, it moves the injectors orifice so that the charged air doesn't interrupt the injectors designed spray.

Do it!

The injectors are tighter than they have ever been. If I was using a thicker intercooler pipe, I am sure this would not be an issue.

PS
The car LOVES the dual nozzles (20gph total) I daily drive the car and it is still using the 2-gallons that I put in when I installed the new nozzles. I just need a new check valve because my system looses its prime after sitting for a few hours.

I need new tires but I am trying to get it to the track next Friday.
