| 1999 Daihatsu Move Aero Down Custom XXX Progressive Install This install is about as simple as they comeI don't have anything under the hood to show off, so everything is in plain sight. Took me a few months to find a place who could weld aluminum. Got the bung from a guy at the turboforums.com for shipping. Got it done, and it was time to start. Pump barely fit in the corner, as is normal with the engine bays of kei-cars, both the body and engine are size limited. the tank is just to the left of the pump, and holds about 2 liters.

| Re: 1999 Daihatsu Move Aero Down Custom XXX Progressive Install Nozzle is a Devil's Own M1. Started with an M0.5 because the nozzle calculator said I needed .7 flow.

Settings are at 2 psi start and 8 psi full, although it is really at 2.5 start and 12 full per the boost gauge. This leaves me to believe that an M2 would be fine with the amount of adjustment left in the controller

| Re: 1999 Daihatsu Move Aero Down Custom XXX Progressive Install the "purge" switch. Before I got the MAP sensor hooked up I wanted to be able to run the system, so I mounted a switch in the whatever that little thing is, so I could connect the 5v from the controller to the MAP input wire. When the MAP sensor was hooked up, I had the real voltage, and a 5v that I use after sitting at a light before having to get up to speed fast, or just when I want to

| Re: 1999 Daihatsu Move Aero Down Custom XXX Progressive Install And here is the big pic of the engine bay. Feel free to ask any questions you may have. Currently running about 75% water and 25% meth. Half of it is 45% meth winter windshield washer fluid, with a 500ml bottle of meth to bring it up, and half is brita filtered water. Have a 20L kerosene container that holds the WWF, and a 2L WWF bottle that I do the mixing in.

Looks like there is plenty of room under the hood to mount the pump that's for sure. Nice install, think thats the first Kie car we have had on here. That is defiantly a kit from maybe 3 1/2 years back but hey still works just as good.

| Re: 1999 Daihatsu Move Aero Down Custom XXX Progressive Install Is it a 100 psi pump? It feels faster. haven't upped the boost yet. I get 14 psi in winter, and I am not sure if the MAP I have will get me above 14.7 psi without throwing a code. Honestly just using it to keep things cool. Friend blew up my last car with too many people in it, and I want to keep that from happening. Almost been flirting with spiking my gas with kerosene to drop the off boost octane since I installed the kit. A preturbo may be the next step if I don't like the M2. Thinking I want to use a solenoid for the preturbo though.

| Re: 1999 Daihatsu Move Aero Down Custom XXX Progressive Install Yes that's the older 100psi pump, Still more than enough for a 660cc engine.

| Re: 1999 Daihatsu Move Aero Down Custom XXX Progressive Install Went from 25% meth down to 12.5%, and still no bogging, even all out at 0 psi. A M2 will be coming in my next care package
