Are you sure it's the 2800? The 2000's seem to b 3200s.

In the PI, Vehicle years for imports go by when they were brought into the country not the actual year of the vehicle.

They must build em different, or the place I am looking is wrong. The site aobve shows the new body style in the 3.2 only. oh well, no worries. Still love to have one.

Yes, I'm the owner; it's the generation 2.5 called the Fieldmaster here in the Philippines with the 2800 cc intercooler cooled turbo and still sold by Mitsubishi as such along with the newer genration 3 which has the larger diesel and V6 engines.

I sent Bilal moments ago the dyno test showing more than 20% up HP and torque but incomplete as the automatic shift limited the test. I use 50/50 denatured alcohol water mix. Also a K&N drop in type filter helped further in the improved performance.

Sounds good. Interested in what mods are available for the truck. Do you plan on any other mods in the future?

The lower rpm power levels will be very good on this motor as well, But with these autos we have not been able to do 1500 to 3000rpms most times on the dyno because they always shift even if you put the vehicle in 2nd on the shifter.
