Are You Using The Maf Signal For Your Trigger And At What Voltage Point That You Start Spraying At, If So.

This was just a basic system so it was triggered via the provided Devils Own pressure switch.

How does it run!! I have an 01 TRD supercharged, pings like no other. I want to get the 0-5volt Progressive Controller and use the OE MAF.

Looking over my truck, I think I will put the pump near the OE tank to keep the pump lower than the tank level. I'm a crazy DIY'er/grass roots mofo (running a MegaSquirt on the IS 300), I know looking at that OE pump it looks pretty dinky, but it should be rated at about 40psi @240ml of flow. I need half that flow, if not less. Wondering if it can crank out 80psi at half that flow, and then give me some range from 40psi-80psi for the Progressive Controller. I doubt it can go that high in psi, and maybe the windings are not good for it, but can't help but wonder lol. |

Well for sh*ts and giggles I put on an old pressure gauge I had lying around, and with no flow at all (max pressure, full slippage I guess) it only went up to about 40psi, if that. LOL, maybe if one could find a nozzle that fogs under 40psi, maybe one could run an on/off pressure switch and actually have it working, but how well and for how long, who knows. I'm so close to getting the universal stage two but no one has answered my MAF/MAP question in another thread... |
