I could have made to separate post but I made one since all hondas are pretty much alike. these are installs I made with my boy today. my car the 95 civic ex with built ls vtec turbo. progressive kit. my boy's 00 SI with built ls vtec turbo. these will be mixed instructions. frst this we did is tap the original winshield washer fluid bottle, and installed the fitting ![]() mine leaked so I gunked it with glue gun goo so we learned our lesson and his worked flawlessly, because we are stationed in Germany everything is metric so I fucked up with conversion, and used a 10mm drill bit on mine. we corrected it and use a 9mm on his , and it worked perfectly second thing we did was find a place to mount the pump. I chose to mount mine on the side of my washer fluid bottle. ![]() I cut a piece of metal plate and bolt it over the bottle. it was wobbly so I use some metal strap to stabilize it, and it came out perfect. I love it. my boy mount his on the passenger side fender well looks great next we tapped the charge pipes, and install the nozzles ![]() follow devils own instructions cause I forgot to take pics of the installation process of the nozzle. then we ran the lines. prime the pump to make sure it works. we ran straight 12 volts to the punt and ground to make sure it pumps water. it did we are good. my boy did not finish his because he planned to use the hondata s300 alcohol injection option to activate his ( I did not thought of this before because this would have save some money since I also use the s300 ems) this part is installing the Progressive Controller. I mount the controller on my dash next to the radio ![]() then I ran a wire from the engine bay to fish the wires for the pump, and map signal tap the map wire for the signal (follow devils own instruction) on my car it was the white map sensor wire (devils own controller green) then I connect the blue controller wire to the pumps positive (red) wire black wire is mounted to chasis ground pink wire is mounted to 12 volt switched , under my fuse box. everything is running great on the progressive kit, we haven't run the basic kit yet Last edited by rudebwoy; 04-16-2007 at 12:14 PM.
