Default 2.5 TBI Chrysler

I am thinking of adding a kit to my daily driver Plymouth Acclaim in the hopes of getting better MPG out of it with increased timing.

I have some questions.

This car has a map sensor, but would it be better to use TPS voltage as an input for the Progressive Controller?

Would there be any issues with mounting the nozzle in the air cleaner just above the throttle body and spraying past the fuel injector? What I am concerned with is the injector wiring, fuel pressure regulator etc which could all potentially come in contact with Ethanol.

Do you think the 1gpm nozzle would be too big?

Max rpm on this engine is ~5000 and horsepower is about 100.

Are smaller ones available special order?

I don't think that DO has smaller nozzles, but there are a few companies that sell smaller.

You can use the controller to reduce the nozzle size, But that would not be to much for that engine. You would be able to max out the timing on it.

So do you think it would be better to use the OE 1 bar MAP or the TPS for the controller's signal?
