I was just curious as to how safe you all think this water/meth injection is. I have an older truck with a 5.3l factory stock internals with headers, exhaust, programmer, fipk, etc. It has a lot (188000) miles and I like the idea but Im a bit worried about longevity. Its been a damn good truck and I dont want to risk destroying my engine. Also I cant find a price for the LSX stage 2 package and is there a stage 1 cause I want to start small.

It will only make your motor run cooler, and better. Not to mention remove all the built up carbon that is going to be in there. Alcohol injection used in the right proportion to your engine size cause no negative effects at all. It's not like nitrous you can't blow anything up or break it using it. For a N/A engine you need to get a universal stage 2 kit with a voltage controller. For your engine a M7 nozzle would be the size you would want. |
