How to control injection without MAF/MAP?

Hey guys,

I'm running a high comp (13.5:1) motor.
Looking to run water/meth, as it did wonders for my previous turbo car.

Here's the issue.
Motor is a 2.0L 16v running ITB's and lumpy cams, with a less than stellar MAP signal. Ideally, the meth will only spray when vacuum is a zero, and rpm is above say...3500rpm.

Any other suggestions on how to trigger/adjust the injection?
Anyone ever use anything like a Hobbs switch with a vacuum signal?

You can use a TPS signal if you have a TPS sensor, Lopy cams should not make much difference at high rpm. The MAP sensor will still read the pressure fairly well and you will get a voltage increase with the vacuum decrease. Check with a volt meter what your MAP sensor is actually doing as you rev the motor slowly. This is best done when power breaking or a rolling road test. If your getting a good 2.5v to 5V read then the controller should work as normal in that range.
