Thanks in advance.

Alcohol Injection tuning is totally new to us and would truly appreciate any advice you can give us. Please email me with a kit recommendation for our project BMW 335i.

Re: Alcohol Nozzle size Calculator

Due to how diesels work 4cly, vs 6cly and 8cly it's going to be a bit tough to get all the varibles figured out to one calculator. The calculator is a bit under for 4cly turbo diesels and a bit over for the 8cly. 6cly ones seem to be pretty much on point. Diesels do not act the same way as gas when it comes to water injection especially when you add alcohol to the mix so it's a start low and work your way up with them. And one of the reasons we give you 3 nozzles with the diesel kits.

Thumbs up Re: Alcohol Nozzle size Calculator

Hi, new member here. I tried the program with 0 for boost for a naturally aspirated 2.4 motor and it said 0 gls. per hour. I then tried 1.2 ltr with 14.7 boost and it gave me 1.19 gph. Is that right?

Inputs
================
RPM 6200
Boost 0
Liters 2.4
================
Injector
================
0 gph of fluid flow needed @ 100 psi
================
Other Info
================
CFM 223
BTU 0

RPM 6200
Boost 14.7
Liters 1.2
================
Injector
